I would like to become a registered vendor to bid current and future solicitation projects. How do i register?
Please proceed to Miner Mall Sourcing Manager system at https://adminapps.utep.edu/sourcing/ .
To the right of the log-in application please select “Supplier Registration”. Terms and conditions for use of the site must be accepted before you can proceed to register. Please fill out all of the * required fields. Your request will be processed, and you will receive an e-mail notification as to whether or not your request was accepted. If you have any registration questions please e-mail us at sourcingmanager@utep.edu .
I tried to log into Sourcing Manager but it says my account is disabled.
You may have logged in with an incorrect user name or password. After the third time, your account becomes inactivated. Please e-mail us at sourcingmanager@utep.edu for assistance.
I'm a registered vendor, but i have not received notification of current bids OR i have received notification to bids not related to my goods and/or services.
You will need to adjust the settings on your sourcing vendor profile. Miner Mall Sourcing Manager contacts vendors for bids that match the commodities that vendors selected during the registration process. Sign in to
and select the “Manage my Account” option located on the left side of your screen under Account Information and to the tab marked “Commodities,” click the pencil tool to “Edit.” Add and/or remove commodities you’d like to receive notification on.
I don't remember the username I registered my company under.
In the event that you have forgotten your username, please e-mail your request to sourcingmanager@utep.edu , include your company name, the name and email address on the account and a Sourcing Manager administrator will contact you to provide you the company user name.
I don't remember the password I registered my company under.
Neither the University nor the Sourcing Manager administrator have access to your password, please go to the Sourcing Manager site at
below the “sign-in” button there is the option to reset your password. A temporary password will be sent to the email address affiliated with your companies account.
The user who registered our company is no longer with us, how can we add a user or access the account?
Sourcing Manager administrator requires a fax/e-mail PDF attachment stating the aforementioned bid manager is no longer handling your account. Please provide previous users full name and e-mail address associated with the account, on company letterhead and send via fax to (915) 747-5932 or e-mail your request to sourcingmanager@utep.edu .
How do I add attachments to my bid response?
After ensuring you have your bid response in “Edit” mode scroll down your page just past the Bid Attributes questions. Underneath that, in bold print is, Bid Messages, and underneath that is the Response Attachments option. In this area you will see a tool with a blue star. Click the option next to it reading “New” and you will be able to upload documents from your computer and save and submit it with your bid.
I have completed the solicitation package; however, the system will not allow me to submit my bid.
Please ensure all line items are completed and filled appropriately. Please make sure all bid attributes are complete and that all line items are answered; this will allow your bid to be submitted. (*Any line item you do not wish to bid on please select “NO BID.")
I have not received email confirmation on my pending registration.
All registration requests will receive e-mail confirmation within 48 business hours after registration. If registration requests are submitted after business hours, weekends or holidays, you will receive confirmation with-in 48 hours of the following business day. If your registration request has not received an e-mail confirmation after set hours please e-mail us at sourcingmanager@utep.edu.
